Tosin is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and a member of NIQS (Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He has both contributed to and broadened his experience across organizations including Cummins West Africa Limited as Project Manager, BCL Construction and Civil Engineering as Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Structon Limited as both Quantity Surveyor and Construction Project Manager. While at BCL he was involved in bids and tenders and also in high profile projects such as Iconic Towers in Victoria Island and other landmark projects. While at Structon he completed high profile projects such as Enzo Apartments in Victoria Island, Lotus Apartments in Lekki Phase 1, Alma Beach Estate in Ikate, and other landmark projects. He related directly with the directors of these companies in the realization of their projects. He is married and currently lives in Lagos with his family.
