Banye Udoka

About

Udoka is a COREN certified engineer and a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ambrose Alli University. Along his career path, he has both contributed to and broadened his experience across organizations including Shelter Suites Hotel as Project Manager, Practical Habitat as Project Manager, and Structon Limited as Senior Site Engineer. Udoka has been directly involved in supervision and contract documentation for commercial and residential developments. While at Practical Habitat he worked on Praise View Estate at Ogudu. While at Structon he completed high profile projects such as Enzo Apartments in Victoria Island, Lotus Apartments in Lekki Phase 1, and Alma Beach Estate in Ikate, among other landmark projects. Structon was also a sister company to KO RIMS Limited and IPDC Limited, both real estate companies. He related directly with the directors of these companies in the realization of their projects. He is married and currently lives in Lagos with his family.
